Connie Agyemang has been a caregiver with Family & Nursing Care Select since 2023. Known for her gentle and kind spirit, Connie prides herself on anticipating her clients’ needs.
One of Connie’s clients, an experienced caregiver herself as a public health nurse for 30 years, said she never has to ask Connie to do anything because she instinctively knows just how to meet all her needs. In fact, even before she arrives at the client’s home, if Connie thinks of something her client needs or should have that day, she will go ahead and arrange it before she comes.
Knowing many of her clients live independently, Connie’s goal is always to make their lives as easy and comfortable as possible. Whether it’s ensuring they keep track of doctor’s appointments or eat healthy meals, clients can feel good knowing they are in expert hands.
To help explain the impact of Connie, one client said they don’t know what they would do without her. She is more than a caregiver, she is a friend, and a part of her family.
