Bernadette Johnson has been a caregiver with Family & Nursing Care Select for a year-and-a-half, but her caregiving career spans over 25 years. With experience working in hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospice, and pediatric care, Bernadette brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every client she serves.
For Bernadette, caregiving is more than just meeting clients’ physical needs — it’s about bringing joy and companionship to those who may feel alone. She cherishes the moments when she can brighten a client’s day, especially when family members aren’t able to be present.

Beyond her work, Bernadette loves making gift baskets, knitting socks and hats, playing bingo, cooking, and listening to music. She is a proud mother of three and a devoted grandmother to nine grandchildren. Her passion for caregiving extends beyond her clients — family and being active in the community are at the heart of everything she does.
